Domestic Partnerships

Just as heterosexual persons couple and uncouple, so do same-sex couples. The legal model has yet to develop laws that can assist them. Because collaborative law is a voluntary and mutual process, gay and lesbian couples can take advantage of this private process to discuss contractual living arrangements, as well as explore options for ending a relationship.
